  • MO private house

MO private house is an interior design project of the one-storied detached house with a ground and attic floors for a young family.

The layout of the house had been largely determined by the already existing architectural project with traditional solutions. Some of them have been improved in the interior design project. The interior space of the house is divided into two parts: the personal space of the bedrooms and bathrooms for family members and guests, and the common space of the combined kitchen-living room. A distinctive feature of the project is the open two levels common space. There is a kitchen-living room with a second light on the ground floor, and there is a play area of the living room on the attic floor. Private rooms of the ground floor include the master bedroom with the private bathroom and access to the terrace, the children's room, the bathroom and the guest bedroom. There is also the garage with the access to the vestibule and the guest toilet room near the staircase hall on the ground floor. The attic floor has three bedrooms and bathroom. The premises for household purposes, as well as the gym, the sauna and the lounge room with a home cinema are placed on the ground floor.

Interiors of the house are done in a minimalistic style using scandinavian elements. In the finishing of the first and attic floors light colors with the advantage of the white and light gray were used, as well as light wood finishing. The interiors of the ground floor are developed in a brutalistic style with the usage of the loft elements.
